Nurses Academy

We have created an Academy dedicated to medical staff that we recruit from different countries such as India, Nepal, Sri Lanka, Ukraine and the Philippines. We select from top hospitals, among staff with over 5 years of experience, and throughout all specializations.

Through this project, we offer schooling for the equivalence of medical studies according to Germany’s requirements and other Western European countries. At the same time, the selected staff will undergo a 6-8 month program of German language learning, with an emphasis on medical language in all specializations, with accredited teachers.

We are also responsible for processing the documents required to obtain a German visa so that once the study equivalence process is completed, the selected candidates can start working in hospitals.

We offer support in the first years in both professional and social accommodation in Germany to ensure that the relationship between the employer and the staff recruited will be a lasting one. We also deal with the relocation and integration of future candidates and, based on the performance and adaptability of the first year of the contract, their families.
