We provide specialized medical staff. We have created a dedicated system for recruiting nurses from the highest-rated hospitals in different countries. We make the selection only among the top staff, with over 5 years of experience, and we offer training to equate studies and specializations with those required in that country. We provide German language training, with an emphasis on medical language in all fields, for all selected candidates. In this way, the adaptation is fast and offers security in the carried out activity.

We have established field-specific recruitment standards and focus on the compatibility of candidates with the profile specified by the employer:

we recruit nurses from different countries in Europe and other continents

candidates are selected exclusively from German/English speakers with a minimum B2 qualification level

we ensure that the selected nurses have complete and recognized accreditations in Germany or other West European countries

we select medical staff with a minimum experience of 5 years in the hospital on the specializations requested by the employer

Our team handles all formalities, professional and social integration in Germany and communication with the employer and candidates throughout the process and post-employment.
